Automation - Trigger Retries

When a trigger fails, the system logs the error in Trigger Retries to allow the trigger to be re-run. The retry can be executed once or for every failed request for the same trigger.

Retrying a Trigger

  • Click the View button on the right of the trigger.
  • Click Retry This Trigger to retry the trigger, or Retry All Failed Requests to retry all failed requests for the same trigger.
  • After pressing Retry All Failed Requests, press Confirm to proceed.

Deleting a Trigger Retry

  • Click the View button on the right of the trigger.
  • Click Delete to delete the trigger retry.
  • Press Delete to confirm.
